Customization Steps
Once purchasing, our customer sevice will contact you by email within 48 hours. We will communicate multiple times to confirm the customization details.
1、Communicate customized content. Contact customer service to discuss the front and back sides as well as the content to be customized, select the style, size, and craftsmanship type.
2、Submit customized materials. Submit relevant image materials, text information, or reference examples based on the customized content.
3、Adjust the design drawing. After all materials are submitted, we will present you with the design pattern within 2 days, and make revisions until you are completely satisfied.
4、Confirm the design draft. We will send you the final image of the customized content for your confirmation. Once confirmed, the product will enter the production process.
If you are still not satisfied with the final design, you may request a return at this point, and we will only charge a fee of 5−10 based on the design complexity and time spent.
5、Production and manufacturing. The order will be completed within 8-15 working days after placement. Customized items do not support no-reason return.
