Refund policy

As all products are customized, all sales are considered final. We do not accept unconditional returns or exchanges. 

 

If during the product design phase, we are unable to reach a satisfactory design draft and you decide to cancel the order, we will charge a design fee of $5-10, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment account within 1 week.
